I'm going to a concert tonight, so tomorrow is gonna be spent treating bruises, because apparently it's not a rock concert until someone gets hurt. I learned my lesson after the first one and bought steel toed shoes though, so at least I won't break any toes this time.

I've never gotten hurt at a rock concert before. You must be going to a crazy concert!

People here get REALLY excited about local music apparently, because I always manage to end up with a couple bruises by the time it's over. The broken toes were a very extreme case of someone in the most pit getting shoved into my brother, who decided stepping on my foot was better for my health than knocking me over.

It was a good night either way.

Apparently! I've only been like...shoved a bit at concerts but that was not a rock band so maybe that is why?

Local shows always seem to be more violent than bigger shows. I once had some dude wrap his hands around my waist, pick me up, and literally toss me out of a pit.
