I'll keep reading if I'm desperate (Like if the pairing is really rare or I'm really desperate for baby fic) but ultimately I've found that fics that are filled with misogyny are also not well written. For completely unrelated reasons. I think a big part of it, though, is that slash fandom is predominantly women, and a large subset of that is girls between 15 and, say, 22. There's a lot of self-hate and sexism among teenage girls, probably because they tend to internalize things they are taught. In my teen years I bought into quite a few stereotypes about teenage girls, despite being a teenage girl myself. And I was in anime slash fandom, which is even worse.

I read a lot in spn and one of my fav writers writes a bit of mpreg. I keep on wishing they'd write more XD

I read mpreg because I love kidfic, but I've found that most of it is a bit not good. What's the pairing? I'd love a link if you have one.
