Crazy Fanfic Summaries you remember reading from long ago

I distinctly remember reading a Pokemon fanfic with Ash/Misty and Ash/Latias where Latias was a yandere who kidnapped Ash (but she wasn't a full-on villain, since she's a pokemon and therefore didn't quite understand what constitutes ok behavior) and Misty came to rescue him. There was then a big melodramatic fight and I also think Ash died for the 237646th time, and Latias tried to commit suicide over it.

I haven't read it in about 10 years and I'm not sure I would want to re-read it even if I could find it again, but anyway, I was wondering if anyone else wanted to share their memories of crazy fanfic plots they remember reading a long time ago.

LOTR had some beauties

My favourite was:

Aragorn, Legolas and Middle Earth were real. A and L live long enough to meet Tolkein and tell him their story. After they die (in a plane crash) they are reincarnated as Viggo Mortensen and Orlando Bloom. While filming the sequel to the LOTR films (the LOTR TV show - featuring Legolas' abusive uncle), they all start to turn back into their Middle Earth characters. (As everyone present is actually a reincarnated ME character). I stopped reading shortly after they put a bridle on a Ringwraith and rode it to Mount Doom.
