I think a point of view that's overly concerned with the logic of plot holes, and realism, and hitting very specific plot beats over and over - that leads to very same-y, formulaic movies, and more importantly, it doesn't really have much to do with what I enjoy about movies. If you have a plot hole, but it allows you to move the story along more quickly and have some really great set piece or something, I think that's a fine trade-off.

IMO if you notice plot holes it's because you're analyzing attentively the plot. Unless you're a genius, this should not happen because you're supposed to be emotionally engaged to the characters to think too hard about the why.

If everyone talks about plot holes, the movie failed, so there are things wrong with it outside of the plot.

So a generous way of reading the fact that no one wants to talk about the plot holes is that the movie succeeded. And while it sucks that it didn't work for people, they should suck it up and accept that instead of expecting anyone who did enjoy the movie to give a fuck about plot holes.
