I watched the first two seasons and now I'm stuck waiting for the third too! It's a great series. Love the costumes, love the sets, love the relationships. And yes, Captain Flint is amazing. I'm thinking his old boyfriend is going to come back at some point.

Treasure Island was a great book too.

Weeeel, his boyfriend is long gone, but I hope to see him again in some dream sequence/flashback. I'm actually hoping in a new love interest for captain Flint, but maybe I'm too hopeful. It's kind of amazing what they've done so far with the character, so I'm content anyway.

They were kinda vague about his boyfriend's death. We never saw a body.

Flint's a great character. I like Max too, and I'm rather hopeful she and Silver team up for more shenanigans.

MMMH That's true. I haven't think of that possibility! It could be really interesting, indeed...

Max is one of the best characters I've ever seen and I love her very much. She's so strong and full of love it hurts my heart thinkinh of how unlucky the poor woman is. I also enjoyed her love story with Anne a lot. They were really sweet (and fucked up but well that's a given).
It's be really cool if she and Silver get to team up again, considering Silver has changed a lot since the start.

I only started to appreciate Anne when she entered a relationship with Max. I feel like that's when her character became interesting and her flaws and problems became understandable. It was a good move for both characters.

Vane is a wonder of a character too. You think he's down then BOOM! He pops out of the ground all murderous and naked.
