And this is also not limited to men by the way, please stop acting like the coin is one sided. While one gender might be worse at it, it is a human problem. Not a male problem.
And people dress in certain ways so that other people will find them attractive. Take people preparing to go to the bar as an example. Both genders will dress up to be able to draw attraction from members of the other gender. And it can be viewed as a competition to win over other members of the same gender that you dress better than others to win on the attraction game. Again, the problem though, is how these people (again both men and women do this) react to the other person and their actions based upon it. It is okay to find someone attractive. It is not okay to only think or act upon them based on that sexual drive.
