Oh and we were fast forwarding the awkward sex scenes because they are incredibly painful to watch. So yeah, I get why you wouldn't watch it and I only find it amusing watching it with a friend so we're both throwing commentary at it.

Again, only four episodes in. It's bad. And I'm not all about super romantic sex scenes or porn level sex, but this is just awkwardly bad.

And I live outside of NYC so I can relate to the struggle of being in NYC but not the way they go about it. Mostly we complain about how terrible they all are. Except Marnie and Hannah's friendship, but still 4 episodes in and Marnie just threw her drink at Hannah, so we'll see how this goes. We are going to continue hate-watching until it gets really bad.

Haha. I was confused. They're supposed to be a group of friends, but I don't know if these people actually like each other or they just hang out because nobody else puts up with their shit.

Ugh. The whiny one that just wants people to suddenly see how amazing she is and give her money. The main one. That is not how life works.

I couldn't really see what they were trying to make the audience feel about the sex scenes other than awkward/uncomfortable/a little bit bored.

Yeah and how in the beginning when her parents decide they aren't going to pay for her anymore and she freaks out about getting a real job? My friend and I both just looked at each like, what is she smoking?

I have a friend who has dreams of dancing/acting. So she found a job performing at kid's parties on weekends and because she's so good at it, she only works weekends and then spends the rest of her week auditioning. You can make it work! It just takes a lot of drive and ambition!

I feel bad for Charles, hate Ray, and don't get wtf Adam is doing. Why is Hannah with him? She gives him this whole speech about not wanting a boyfriend and then they awkwardly get together because he only wants sex.

Just, when she gets so shocked and upset. Like please. Really?

The male characters were pretty unmemorable. I forgot who that guy was until I saw Star Wars promos and I was like ohh he looks familiar.
