I don't know, either. Tinypic has a bunch of ads, maybe that's acting up with peoples' browsers. They also give you the option of resizing when you upload the pic, but once you upload, you can't edit. It's also not obvious how large the image really is. For example, this pic:

It looks reasonably sized on the page itself, but if you click on the image or right click to open the image up in a new tab, you see that it's waaaaaaaaay larger than it appears. Whoever insists on using Tinypic might be forgetting to choose their resize options when they're uploading the image. Then they're clearly not double checking the size after uploading it, so they have no idea that their image is too large for FS guidelines.
