I basically only ship rival or enemy ships. I am just not interested in pursuing fanfic/whatever of fluffy happy realistically "good" ships. So my favorite ships are ones like L/Light from Death Note... if being one of the most popular slash pairings in anime is considered "bad" I guess. lol

Are there any 'good' ships for Death Note? I remember het ships with Misa coming under fire too.

Not really. All the main, younger characters are all basically "bad" people (Light, L, Misa, Near, Mello) so I don't think any of them could be part of a non-problematic relationship, and haters of virtually any ship had plenty of reasons not to like it. Stuff involving the Japanese task force (Matsuda was popular enough) or maybe Amnesia!Light, or Light's little sister Sayu, maybe have a shot at being legitimately fluffy and "good", depending on who they were paired with.

Of course, all the main cast were regularly gutted of their canon personalities and made into innocent, well-meaning woobies so in that sense, maybe a "good" relationship was possible lol
