Ugh, PREACH. Those "best jokes" often aren't even funny or they're less funny out of context. And in the more dramatic trailers now we've got the trend of ~~hauntingly reinventing~~ a song in some shitty cover that was only recorded for this trailer (the only really cool example of this IMO was that bit of "Wild World" in the Comic Con trailer for Fury Road, it took me several times to even realize it was that song and it was sparingly used). And don't even get me started on the non-sequential cuts of dialogue that make it look like that character is saying something in reply to something that just happened and we can all tell it's just edited that way as a desperate attempt to not tell us anything about what actually fucking happens in this movie besides crappy attempts at banter.
