(Anonymous) 2016-02-21 10:33 pm (UTC)(link)I have read so much absolutely terrible smut written by "those who care about it", I refuse to believe the average ace author could do worse. On the contrary, authors who are guided by what makes them personally happy in the pants do such a crap job of conveying that feeling to other people so much of the time, I reckon someone who's disinterested actually stands a great chance of doing better.
