It's a myth that you can repair the damage of bad eating habits by exercising it away. Think about it: your body is under enough stress of eating and drinking crap, so now you're going to push it with exercise. You might burn off something, but you'll probably feel more like crap. Stress + bad diet + cardio is a bad combo. Relax, get a massage, eat a fresh veggie, stop beating yourself up, hang out with friends, watch a movie, sleep and let your body recover. Then don't repeat the bingefest.

As for your kitten, all you can do is acknowledge you did what you could with the knowledge that you had. I'm sorry for your loss. But at least now you know to look for the signs of a pet with a serious illness. It's not your fault the cat got cancer, and while there may have been a better chance of her surviving with earlier intervention, that doesn't make it a guarantee. Listen to your vet. You did what you could. You gave her an awesome last day.
