I hope she has a good experience, but the motivation of a guy like that is already suspect. even if both are about the same maturity level there's even more of a power imbalance between people who are at different stages in life financially and with their potential family planning

I could understand finances being a power imbalance if one of them was dependent on the other for money (and since I have no idea who she is, I have no idea what her finances are like), but how is potential family planning incompatibility a power imbalance?

A potential roadblock and something that could lead to a break up, sure, but a power imbalance? I guess unless one of them said, "If you want to stay with me you will/won't have kids when I say so," but that seems kind of stupid for anyone to say.

It's creepy that anyone has a libido? Stop treating her like a victim. Not every young woman--not even a majority--is a fragile flower that will be crushed by the boot of male sexuality. For all we know, she might be the one fucking him over in the relationship. Our maybe they're just happy and having fun?
