It happens in real life, and hiding the fact that it does happen isn't going to make it go away. As long as it doesn't come across as some weird pornographic fantasy, then portraying it is okay, just like any other aspect of life.

Also I actually think that pretending it doesn't happen will mean kids have fewer models and examples and guides to okay vs abusive/creepy behavior when it comes to sexual experimentation and are more likely to be tricked into thinking something exploitative and unhealthy is "just how it is" if they want to have sexual experiences because they have never seen anything that they can compare it to.
