Probably not because they are too long. I hope DiCaprio gets his Oscar (even if I think he was pretty meh in The Revenant) because I can't listen to the DiCaprio with no Oscar wank for another year.

No, because I haven't seen any of the stuff nominated and I've just never really been much of an Oscars person in general.

I always do. Gotta see who the weepiest, happiest, most surprised winners are. Eddie Redmayne was definitely the most adorable, lol. I'm much more into movies than TV and really enjoy the celebration of film history and movies in general around the Oscars. I still want to see a tie somewhere in the acting categories, just once. There was one for sound mixing or something the other year, but it's not the same.

There was a best song tie in like 2013 for Skyfall and something else that no one remembers so I guess Skyfall should have won outright?

No, I never do. The only awards show I watch is the Tony Awards, and that's just for the performances.

Yes, for a few reasons:

1. It's been a mother-daughter tradition in our family to watch since my grandmother watched them with her mother.
2. Pretty people in pretty clothes.
3. I want to see Chris Rock completely rip apart the Academy and every shitty white person in the business.

Yes. It's tradition for me. I also really like Chris Rock. Although, this year I don't care too much about the nominations. I want Mad Max: Fury Road to win as many awards as possible, and if Stallone wins Best Supporting Actor I hope he fixes his error and actually thank Ryan Coogler for convincing him to portray Rocky one more time.
