Y'all are ignoring that OP says their mom is just straight up leaving these tabs open. It's not solvable by OP simply not digging through the browsing history anymore -- which you SHOULD DO anyways, oh my god stop that -- it's THERE either way.

You're probably gonna have to talk to her about closing tabs when she's done on the internet, OP. Hopefully as indirectly as possible.

I think you're expecting a bit much from the person who is apparently expecting "My mother masturbates" to be some kind of amazing revelation to the internet at large. It's not that hard to just close a browser and open a new window when she uses the tablet after mom. Oh, and OP? Don't start digging through Mom's sock drawer either...

I don't think everyone is ignoring it. I think it's a subset of the secret, but OP learned most of this stuff by snooping through history, not through open tabs. The first is creepy, especially as it seems to have been happening on an ongoing basis. The second is not, although I'd give a quick head's up on 'here's how you close your tabs, mom.'
