I kind of get this. My mother used to read those romance novels (mostly ones that weren't that explicit). My first exposure to sex was sneaking those off her shelf and reading them. I'd skip the romance stuff and just read the sex scenes. They weren't even very explicit, but they were what I had access to.

I'm not gonna lambast you for accidentally seeing what was in the open tabs, but don't snoop in her browser history, and at least find a way to gently remind her to close tabs when she's done - preferably also to close her browser history. If it's not something you feel comfortable talking to her about directly, find a way to bring it up in something unrelated.
