Some of my recent favorites are Oolong and Pu-erh tea.
Just a warning about Pu-erh: it's basically fermented green tea, and is EXTREMELY strong. You're only supposed to steep it about 20 seconds, and you can reuse the leaves a whole bunch. It took me a while to figure this out :) but now I quite enjoy the tea, haha.

I do like me some Pu erh but holy crap was I ever in for a bad time the first time I tried it.

Now I know to go for 1-2 bags per pot, not per cup.

Yeah, the first time I made it I steeped one bag on one cup for two minutes. The result was about as drinkable as you can imagine XD

Yeah, I bought a box of Pu-erh once, after the first jug that made to way I make other teas, I went online looking into it and discovered it not only has a short steeping time but sometimes it's advisable to wash it beforehand too (steep it once and throw that water away, then make tea with it).
