This kink is so common in DS9 fandom. And it goes so far beyond the wonderful, richly developed (and yes, horrible) main Cardassian characters like Garak, Dukat, Ziyal, Damar, etc. I swear half the Original Characters in the DS9 devart group are Cardassians, especially females.
