She moves her body sometimes.

Been a while since I've watched, but I can't think of much atm other than Karen tucking her hair behind her ear.

She might talk with her hands, but I don't think she does much.

What user above me said, plus she kind of... ducks her head sometimes? Obviously ducking your head isn't a sin but I think the combination of her posture, height, and long neck make it really noticeable. Not OP but I did notice it. Like she kind of moves like a cross between a swan and a turtle, if that makes sense, lol. (This is making me realize how fun her mannerisms/movement would be to animate).

I liked her on Tru Blood, and I think she was even better as Karen. Also, she's astoundingly pretty. Coincidentally, she's dating a blind guy in real life.

I don't know if it's her mannerisms exactly, but I really don't like her character, and at least part of that is the way Woll plays her. She comes off as annoyingly earnest and naive to me. I feel like I was supposed to be impressed by her chutzpah and tenacity, when in reality I just found her kind of daft and a bit self-righteous.

Even the show's hints at a darker backstory for her, and that one thing she does to Wesley, didn't really help the situation at all for me. If anything they make me like her character even less, because it all just feels so unconvincing.

Her naivete was irritating, but what really got me was her manipulation of Ben. Taking him to that upscale care facility on false pretenses? And then being unapologetic about it until Ben got upset...

I do get what the OP means, though. I've noticed it too. It's difficult to put into words, but sometimes the way she moves her body is irritating. Plus, I keep thinking that her hands look HUGE, out of proportion to the rest of her body.

Yeah, that really bugged me too. I mean, it would be wrong to say she's responsible for his death - the people who killed him are obviously responsible for that - but even so, her foolhardy actions lead directly to him being killed. And it doesn't really seem like she feels all that responsible or guilty about it.

And yeah, I do kind of get what OP means about her mannerisms. It's not something I really pin pointed when I was watching the show, but the more I think about it, the more I think that some of her mannerisms do kind of add the the overall annoyance I feel towards her character.

Yeah, this! I wish we could have seen her reaction to that, the guilt and doubt eating at her. But it was mostly subsumed by the, uh, incident with Wesley.
