If this person doesn't eat salad dressing they could be better off than someone who eats lots of salads.

Not everybody who eats salads slathers them in pints of dressing--or goops them up with a lot of cheese and bacon bits, either.

It depends how you dress them. I usually put on a little salt, pepper, and olive oil. Garlic too, if I'm feeling fancy.
A fancier dressing I like is equal parts sugar, vinegar, oil, and soy sauce. Not the height of health food, but you don't have to put tons on.
