And Robert Stacy McCain? What rules did he break to get banned? Oh, that's right! Twitter won't say.

This is not about Milo or Stacy. This is about a double standard of permitting some "harmful" speech while banning others. So yes, consider this diehard liberal concerned, and call it trolling if you like.
