A friend should be able to accept that we can't always all like the same things. If they're one of those forceful people that keeps trying to pressure you into something (perhaps not realizing they're being as pushy as they are), call them on it, as gently as possible, as many times as you can. Or even in a joking way. Friendship can survive not shipping the same things, if you don't find them disgusting for what they ship (even though you don't like it), and they don't keep pushing it at you, that you have to like it too.

How about the mundane!versions of them we get in a few eps? Like the episode where alternate!Dean is an executive and Sam is a cubicle-slave? They're neither related then nor real people.

I got through the same thing with a friend who ships Destiel (which is pretty much the one thing I don't ship from Supernatural and generally avoid like the plague) so I feel you.
