Literally my colleagues exact plan. Based on his experiences he's been given what is for all intents and purposes an open cheque to transfer, just needs to convince his wife to uproot. You have the best comparative pay in the modern world as well for your feds.

But as much as I'll bitch, I'm not giving up an alpha++ city for a beta city (these are legitimately the gradings used haha) at this point in my life.

And I'm just gentrification, so the saving grace is how much this place will be worth down the line.
