There seems to be a physical/physiological problem with the way she is depicted, anyway but one pic alone will never make it a problem. Fetishes exist and I could point you to several images of men (like in the Barra genre) that are no different. The problem is their abundance and the fact that they are aimed at men in 80-90% of cases.
