OP, as someone who worked as a janitor for a few years... It's kind of accurate. Not to those extremes.

There's loose toilet paper floating around in the womens and usually not any shit on the floor in the mens. They both have vandalism, oddly enough the men's seemed to trend to dicks (+ smartass comments) and women , while the women's would be "true love" and uplifting quotes (+ smartass responses).

Period evidence usually only occurs if the bins are full. Shit for both sides generally signfies someone had a major physical or emotional issue and you grit your teeth and pretend not to see it.

Teenagers of both genders like to throw wet toiletpaper onto the roof. The mens does smell more, because of the urinals.

I remember the uplifting quotes + smartass responses from the bathrooms in high school, though there were a few dicks too. Also some long rants.

Pretend not to see it while cleaning. It's one of the things where you purposely avoid thinking about it and thank the shit gods you get biohazard pay.

For the vandalism, I've also found that women's bathrooms tend towards Jesus for some reason, and men's go for the racism and homophobia.

Teenage girl bathrooms (I went to a state school for a couple of years) can be terrible for graffiti, usually with sexual innuendo. But that's teenagers for you.
