(Anonymous) 2016-03-05 12:32 am (UTC)(link)But, and maybe I've just been lucky, in my experience women's restrooms are pretty clean. I don't think I've ever seen more than a glimpse of the men's restroom, but the filthiest public toilets I've used have been unisex ones. Mostly though it depends on the establishment: if one bathroom is clean, the other will be too.
Also, and this is an honest question: what does having a period have to do with it? The only evidence I've ever seen are tiny trashcans or those paper bags to get rid of your used pads or tampons. I've never seen anything remotely disgusting that was period-related. Have I been that lucky?
