I admit that this secret reminds me of the scene in The Walking Dead where the horse gets eaten by zombies: It was oddly cute because the zombies were obviously horse trainers/handlers in zombie make up who spent the whole scene trying to both calm and pet the horse while pretending to eat it.

Wait, the horse in the first season? Man, I'm going to have to rewatch now.

Ah, no, not that one. I think it's season 5, episode 13 - Rick(or Aaron? Don't really remember...) and Daryl found a wild-ish horse and I think they tried to catch it/tame it (?) but it gets eaten.

Oooh yes! It was Daryl and Aaron. I had hopes for that horse. That was upsetting. :<

It was - the horse's name was Buttons, I think. ;_;
But the scene was still borderline adorable in a weird meta way.

In Criminal Minds there's a great scene where you can see they're smacking hard at the actor who's covered in rats, but the rats themselves don't get touched or just get barely nudged.

I love things like that - seeing that film animals get treated alright while trying to hold up the illusion and failing because awww poor animals. It's cute.
