Break up. You don't like her all that much. I am dating a guy who would rather jerk off most of the time than be with me, so just break up. You are only hurting her and yourself more by doing this.

good christ, not wanting to spend every waking minute with someone doesn't mean you don't "like [them] all that much." Most couples I know (once they're past the honeymoon phase at least) are perfectly happy spending time away from their SO every once in a while because it's normal to want some alone time or to at least spend time with someone else. hell, I've known couples who even take separate vacations and they're happy with it.

Considering that girlfriend threatens suicide whenever OP wants a weekend alone, I can see why OP might be reluctant to dump her. "Doesn't want to spend every moment of their free time with this person" does not mean "doesn't care if she lives or dies."
