Well...there might be other promotion blogs to submit to, if it means that much to you. (I've never even seen those blogs, but it's neat that they exist.)

As far as tumblr's userbase goes: yea, of course there are 'bad seeds' on tumblr, but those are everywhere; you're never going to be completely satisfied with a site or platforms userbase, so the idea isn't that upsetting to me. Even if we got some new users, there's no guarantee they would stick around, and even if they did, we might not get much more traffic. We've had rough periods before, so even if things changed, I think we could adjust or 'outlive it'. lol.

I want f!s to survive too, and as much as I love our current users (anon and named), I wouldn't mind seeing some new faces around here either.

(Er, on a personal note: I haven't been able to make it to f!s as much lately, and when I do, sometimes I'm drained and don't have much to say. It's a thing that happens, so I wouldn't count users out if they stop coming around as frequently; it isn't always the comms fault, and people do make reappearances.)
