Well I don't work, but if I'm out and have a very lean budget, I go for sushi rolls or the supermarket special - get one bread roll from the self-serve section of the bread department, 100 grams of deli meat and a snack tub of salad (coleslaw, potato salad, tabbouleh), and that can come in under $5. Pile the sliced meat and salad on the bread roll and eat.
