Dirt, leaves, pesticides, sulphur compounds from tyres that have been spread by water run off from roads, exhaust residues from vehicles, cigarette ash, various animals faeces, other carcinogenic compounds that comprise generic urban pollution, viruses, bacteria, mud (which is the main source of a multitude of bacteria including necrotizing bacteria).

Yep. The outdoors is real clean.
