That reminds me of the time someone reblogged a sketch of Ermac (from Mortal Kombat) I did, and had a tag for "sibling mention". Now, I don't know if it was a trigger warning or not -I honestly can't tell with Tumblr what's sincere and what's facetious anymore-.

After scratching my head for a few moments, It dawned on me that it was b/c I mentioned in the post, that my sister and I were thinking of going to the Alamo Drafthouse's movie party for the Mortal Kombat movie later this month.

That's when I also realized I've gotten too old for this shit.

THAT WAS IT. THAT WAS THE POST I SAW. I couldn't fucking believe it. I'm genuinely at a loss as to how delicate Tumblr types are into Mortal Kombat which is so nasty and mean-spirited. I mean I don't know if you know this, but that person also doesn't want you to follow them if you are a kin with Ermac and just... what the fuck.

Yeah, much as I like MK, there's no way I'm going down that rabbit hole on Tumblr, lmao. As for why the delicate types sometimes are attracted to it, I reckon it's probably for about the same reasons that those types like stuff like Rick and Morty or Superjail (back in the day).

But yeah, after it all finally started to make some degree of sense, I decided I was probably better off not knowing why. And, yikes, that's... yeah. I'm pretty much a "you do you so long as it doesn't hurt or harm others" person, but I kinda take a couple steps back with the whole "fictional character kin" thing. D;
