(Anonymous) 2016-03-12 01:33 am (UTC)(link)My posting here my ideals sit in this regard would have been the exact thing you're accusing me of trying to do, i.e. making this a thread where I crow about how good a person I am an how no-one can live up to my ideals and that makes them a bad personTM.
I refuse to do what they ask because I am free to do that, and doing what they ask (and in fact some of it can come off sounding more like demands rather than asks) would still be exactly the opposite of what I wanted this thread to be.

(Anonymous) 2016-03-12 12:41 am (UTC)(link)I can give you one example, but I'm not going to do an exhaustive list.
If you're going to talk about women as a "class," the biggest systemic thing you can do is support pro-choice, pro-gender equality politics at all levels, including policies that do not directly focus on but disproportionately affect women like higher minimum wage, welfare, healthcare, government support for shelters and clinics, and anti-discrimination cases. Again not an exhaustive list. But support the systems and policies that support women as a class.

(Anonymous) 2016-03-12 12:45 am (UTC)(link)No problem. I'd say I'm not the anons above but I think that's obvious, lol.
