I'm trans, engaged, and my fiancee of 4 years has never seen me without my binder on, or without a baggy shirt. She's never seen a hint of shape under my shirt due to how I stand and sit without my binder. I trust her with my life and we are regularly intimate, but that particularly nudity isn't about trust or intimacy. It's not me, and it is beyond uncomfortable to even think about my chest being touched or casually viewed. My binder isn't about presenting to society- I wear it when home alone. I'd never take it off if it wouldn't do me damage. So.. secret I can relate to.

I'm also assuming that most of these trans fictional men are pre-T, because T wreaks havoc on breast tissue. Even if you're very well endowed, it breaks the tissue down to somewhere south of firm and they're not the full and perky female breasts of fantasy.
