What's your favourite simple character design

I'm talking about those that are incredibly simple but remain memorable or just straight look cool.

I think the Playstation-era SquareSoft Final Fantasy designs were overall really simple and effective. That was before the costumes started getting mega complex with a billion pieces. In VII, VIII and IX most people are wearing fairly simple outfits without much adornment. In particular, Aeris, Tifa, Squall, Rinoa, and Garnet stick out to me for being simple and memorable. I really prefer those outfits to the later Final Fantasy stuff. It just feels like hardly anyone wears normal clothes anymore.

L from Death Note probably wins for wearing the most generic outfit while still being super iconic.

I like Wonder Woman's classic costume. Is it improbable? Yeah. Do I care? Not really.

I really like Zero's de-complexified appearance in the Megaman Zero series. His original look was a 90s-anime hot mess.

I always thought Akabane from Get Backers had a very simple-but-effective design.

Most of the Undertale character designs. They're really simple but look like nothing else in gaming currently.

I always liked EVE's design. Also the animators did a good job making her so expressive.
