I don't know, sometimes I see secrets that seem more like OP just wanted to submit something but didn't have anything to confess, so they just submit whatever opinion they have. Some have admitted to do this, it's not like it doesn't happen.
But I can see where you come from, it feels rude when you really have no way of knowing.

I don't see anything wrong with submitting an opinion. Maybe it's an opinion the submitter isn't able to express elsewhere.
