Learn to read. I'm not telling people how to fandom, I'm telling them what makes a good "floor" cosplayer.

I even fucking said in the post that it's fine to do other things, but seriously if your intent is to wander the Con halls and you don't want people to interact with you (ie. ask for poses, ask you to do a specific yell, ask for in-character photos), then you're in the wrong place.

If you're not up to the task, you shouldn't really be cosplaying at a Con.

You just told someone they shouldn't be doing something, so...????

I also tried to cover the bases by saying that cosplaying for photoshoots is totally fine. Yes, photoshoots happen at Cons, I'm aware.

But 90% of the day if you're cosplaying at a Con you're walking the halls or the dealer's room or sitting in panels (or if you're an artist you're at a table, but I assumed OP was not).
