I don't think it's the Punisher, as Daredevil S2 is coming out next Friday and it's already extremely well known that he is going to be introduced. It's possible it's another DD character, seeing as the background is very DD-ish. Perhaps one of the villains from the Hand? Seems unlikely, but possible.
