Right? At least C/C fic had Clint based on the new comics, while Coulson was based on that one short. Kylux? Pfffft, what do you mean Kylo and/or Hux isn't a poor, frail, misunderstood woobie with a tragic backstory that justifies their insane Dark side leanings? I can count on one hand the number of fics that had hatesex or villains banging, and the most popular fic for the ship by far is that one fic by hollycomb where everyone cries all the time. There's no basis for any of it, hence why people call it the new C/C.

Oh god, hollycomb writes for this ship? Guaranteed OOC trash that the fandom no doubt uses as headcanons to copy endlessly, to the point where canon characterization ceases to exist.
