A supervisor of mine was drunk on the job. I reported it to our boss, but he did nothing. Well, except make sure everyone knew that it "didn't happen" and that some parties were "spreading unfounded rumors."

One silver lining though: that was the last straw for me and I transferred to a new branch shortly after and my life has improved dramatically since.
