It's because it's fun.

I like to do it for DnD classes as well, though it's not so different from putting them in WoW classes lbr.

Yeah, I stick with WoW because those are the ones I know best (I only played DnD like...twice).

I thought about figuring what profession they would have (I only picked one) but that is so hard except for Bruce (Alchemy) and Tony (Engineering).

The two games share similar classes and most of the character/class choices would be the same, aside from one or two simply because the class doesn't exist in DnD(no priests for example).

Yeah the professions one is a lot harder, and I'm not sure it's all that manageable either.
