I don't think most slashers are familiar with the concept of "power bottoms." There is this assumption (which is based on a a lot of really heteronormative crap) that the person with the power in the relationship is the one who is doing the penetrating. The notion of the more dominant partner asking/telling his partner to penetrate him is completely at odds with this narrative.
