Loki knew not to make period jokes at Sif since she'd geld him. I don't think he'd care unless it was Freya (Frigga? I'm not a huge fan of the Thor movies/Loki, and my Norse mythology is rusty, but movie Loki liked his mum.) He'd get in a pointless jab if it riled an opponent up.
Disney Hades would roll his eyes a lot, but that, catty and sarcastic comments, and sudden rage are all there is to him, so. Actual Hades would run Persephone a hot bath.
Does it benefit Hans to be nice to the woman? Then he's nice. I haven't even seen Frozen and I know that.
Is it Marian? Nottingham would be very solicitous. (Doesn't he kill her in this version though?) Anyone else? Pfft.
Snape presumably tried bringing Lily specially brewed potions once a month until their spectacular falling-out. Did his students go to Pomfrey or him or rely on upperclass(wo)men? Is there official wizard sex-ed? And of course there's the "Always" joke.
I... can't see the Joker giving a damn, even about Harley, and for some reason I can't see him making period jokes. Presumably nothing's off-limits for tastelessness, and yet, it seems too tame somehow.
Ben Solo made a "mom's on her period" joke. Once. Kylo Ren wouldn't care unless he could use it to channel Rey's dark side or connect it to Vader somehow. (Anakin would be an interesting villain to apply this rubric to. Did he bring Padme hot tea or do something force-related for her before he went off the deep end of violent nutjob?)
Is the woman Belle? Was it Cora or Milah pre-breakup/murder? Can he cut a deal for endometriosis relief that will help get him back to his son? Is Regina easier to manipulate when she's on her period? Then he cares. If not, eh, not his business. Dark One Rumple might crack a bad joke? Maybe?
The yellow lantern villain is, er, Sinestro, or something like that, and that's all I know. Is he a rage-lantern? Some negative emotion, anyway. So maybe if it would encourage people to violence he'd care?

Are we talking normal Sinestro, or during that bit where he got stuck with the indigo ring and was high on brainwashing compassion beams?
