I wholeheartedly second this opinion.

I like them together, too :). I didn't mind Hawley himself-his interaction with Ichabod was always especially entertaining :D.

But yeah, I just didn't think Jenny (or Abbie, for that matter, had the show tried putting them together) would've really had much patience for his general "dude-bro" attitude :p. Joe can be silly, too, sometimes, but he also knows how to be serious when necessary, and the fact that he and Jenny can bond over their shared history with his dad gives them a nice bit of common ground to help forge a strong bond. I'm all for their relationship continuing and seeing them get ever closer.
