That's not even getting into GL:TAS. I won't even go there.
To be fair, the comics have gotten somewhat better over the last couple months -I read storytimes on /co/ if I'm quick enough to catch them-, but it's still often hit-or-miss. Either way, a lot of the appealing elements that helped produce fanwork is no longer there anymore (although Larfleeze currently being MIA is probably a good thing, and I say that as someone who still likes him), from my understanding.
