Re: Embarrassing fandom names that you want to name your kids

None of mine are embarrassing, though. They're normal English-language names that happen to also relate to characters. I have two older siblings, so they know I have dibs on two names, although they are both boy names and I would slightly prefer a daughter.

The first name is Simon (middle name probably Aaron for familial reasons), for Simon Illyan of the Vorkosigan books and Simon Morley of Time and Again and a couple other personal reasons.

The second name is Geoffrey (must be spelled this way), for the Geoffrey Plantagenet in The Lion in Winter because I am a gigantic dork.
