Hey, person from Europe here. Maybe mind your own doorstep. There have been much worse terrorist attacks in the past, and the whole "it's the authorities' fault bease incompetence blah" hullabaloo will blow over like it always does. I feel pretty safe where I live. Just accept that some stuff cannot and will not be anticipated. No matter how great your authorities are trained.
