That is a great resolution. What else have you made for it?

Last month was a souffle that was an utter disaster (I think I know at least part of what I did wrong and will be trying it again one day with a different recipe), and January was macarons which were pretty damn good for a first try. Upcoming plans include eggs Benedict (probably for Mother's Day), mozzarella, French crullers, veal, and possibly goat if I can find a good recipe.

Souffles are hard so even attempting one is an accomplishment.
