The Last Five Years is a frankly fantastic movie that I have seen way too many times considering it just came out last year, but rewatching the other day, I realized that just before 'If I Didn't Believe In You,' when Cathy is arguing with Jamie and he's insisting that he's listening to her, they are actually having two completely separate arguments. As in, none of his answers make sense given what she's saying. It really hammers home how out of touch the two are by that point.

How did I miss that they made a movie out of this? Time to look it up!

It's on Netflix and I adore it.
